We provide all equipment and training at the beginning of our investigations. Seasoned researchers are at each station and your group will never be out of reach of someone who can guide you along the way.
We are fully licensed and bonded and with our connections and reputation in Savannah, we gain access to places individuals simply cannot gain entry to.
Our locations are private homes and business locations that ask for our help in finding answers. Our staff includes professional audio and video personnel, electrical engineers, clergy and those that have gained a reputation for professional field research.

“Hag Hunt” Guided Investigations (Oct 1st - 31st)
You may have heard Tobias talk about the dread “Hag” or “The Dark Presser” on the Zombie tour so join him if you dare on one of several investigations in October at locations specifically reporting “Hag Phenomena” and “Hag attacks”. Dare to hunt the only thing in parapsychology that can follow you home.
21 and older only. No exceptions. Signed waivers are required before beginning investigation. All equipment and tutorial provided. Team based investigation using Tri-field technology, the Flir i7 thermal, “Ghost Box” devices, laser therms and all the cutting edge technology currently available for paranormal investigations. Limited to 14 guests per investigation. Cost $100. Sorry no coupons or discounts apply. Investigations are approximately 4 hours long. Transportation provided if outside the historic district at a pre-determined pick up and drop off point within the district.
