City of the Dead Tour

With over 10,000 graves in the Historic District that have been lost to time and development it is no wonder Savannah is “The City of the Dead”. Join us on this tour as we walk you down our dark, historic past and over the Colonial Cemetery departed, the largest unexhumed slave cemetery of the 18th century and the hidden courtyard graves left behind through war and conflict. These restless spirits beneath Savannah’s streets all have a story. We give you the details and let you put your cameras to work capturing the lost wanderers of those times and hear the stories of the ghostly city underneath your feet.
